Terms and Conditions- Sacch Mucch Aam Rs 10 Assured Cashback

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the promotional campaign (“Promo Campaign” or “Offer”) run by Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited (“BigCity” or “Promoter”) for and on behalf of Devyani Food Industries Limited (“DFIL” or “Cream Bell”) for the product(s) manufactured and marketed by the DFIL under the brand “Cream Bell”. By participating in the Promo Campaign, the participant (“Customers”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all amendments or updates made to these Terms time to time.

1. This Offer entitles the customer of the Product with assured Rs 10 cashback in his/her bank account or wallet through NEFT/UPI/Amazon Pay. A customer will be responsible for his/her choice of the cashback transfer method.
2. If you are not a wallet partner registered customer, you will be required to register on the www.amazon.in/log-in/s?k=log+in or mobile app to receive your wallet cashback.
3. The Offer is valid on Creambell Sacch Mucch Aam from 1st April 2025 to 31st July 2025 for a period of 4 months.
4. To participate in this offer, a Participant must enter all the required registration & payment details such as UPI ID, Account No, Mobile Number, Online Wallet Mob Nos etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once the participant has submitted his/her details.
5. For redemption steps to be followed, please refer to "How to Redeem" Section on the promotional microsite. Refer to the terms and conditions on the promotional microsite.
6. These Terms and Conditions apply to every person ("Participant”) redeeming the Offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period. The Offer is valid for Participants who have completed the age of 18 years and who have purchased the promotional pack of Creambell Sacch Mucch Aam.
7. Customer shall receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to the value as mentioned on the Product within 24-48 business hours. (“Coupon codes Amount/Cashback Amount”). In all instances if the customer has fulfilled the T&C of the promotions and has not received the promised service, BigCity shall compensate the customer with an additional gratification completely for free at its own risk and cost with no further liability to Creambell.

9. All Participants agree that payment processing partner offering discount coupon codes may at any time stipulate additional terms and conditions for redemption of the coupon codes and such terms and conditions shall be binding on the Participants and shall apply to every redemption of coupon codes by the Participants.
10. The payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, payment processing partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Offer at any time during the Offer Period.
11. The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the Offer and therefore, the amount reflected/mentioned on the product may not be the same as the final redemption value received by the Participant.
12. In no event shall Creambell or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption request not being honored by the payment processing partner. In no event shall Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. or its partner agency be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the coupon codes including redemption request not being honored by the payment processing partner.
13. In no event the aggregate liability of Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., whether under contract, or otherwise exceeds the value of the Coupon codes Amount.
14. Any disputes or differences in connection with the Offer shall be governed by laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi, India only.
15. The payment/cashback processing partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account/Participant with suspicious behavior or invalid details/credentials. The payment/cashback processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user identity/participant identity.
16. This Offer, is available in India only, is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.
17. The decision of Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., as regards the Cashback Amount or any other aspect connected with the Offer shall be final and binding, subject only to Creambell’s approval. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
18. BigCity and CreamBell will collect and process personal data related to the participation of Consumers in the Promo Campaign, in accordance with applicable laws. By participating in the offer, the Consumer consents to the collection, use, and storage of their personal data for the purpose of administering the Promo Campaign, including cashback fulfillment, communications, and marketing activities related to the Promo Campaign.

General Terms & Conditions

1. This Offer is not available to employees of Creambell and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients or agencies or trade partners, dealers, distributors, and their immediate families.
2. This Offer is subject to promotional availability. This Offer is not exchangeable for “cash”.
3. This Offer is not for sale and is only applicable on promo packs of the valid SKUs i.e. Creambell Sacch Mucch Aam.
4. The coupon codes have no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers of Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd.
5. The usage of the coupon codes is incumbent upon the terms and conditions to be followed and accepted by the coupon codes holder/purchaser/Participant. Such conditions need to be followed and accepted by the coupon codes holder/purchaser/Participant.
6. A maximum of one (1) coupon code can be used per person, per mobile number, per email ID, per account, per week up to a maximum of 4 coupon codes during the promotion period.
7. Only one coupon codes per entry/booking will be entertained. Multiple coupon codes cannot be entered/booked together while availing the offer.
8. If you are registered with Do Not Disturb (DND) service, you will not receive an SMS confirmation from us. Please mail us at creambell@bigcity.in for any queries. If Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. has already been emailed or sent by SMS, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will not re-send the coupon code to any new or corrected email address or phone number nominated by the entrant/Participant.
9. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant/Participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
10. Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. are not responsible for any coupon code claims made after the Offer validity is over i.e. 31st July 2025.
11. Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or the stores selling the Product are not responsible for any loss or theft of the coupon codes.
12. No duplicate coupon codes shall be issued to the customers.
13. Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's/Participant’s or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this Offer.
14. If this Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the control of Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Offer, as appropriate.
15. If for any reason this Offer is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer.
16. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd.’s promotional/Offer website or the information on the said website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the said website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the Offer may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these General Terms & Conditions or any other legal obligation by an entrant/Participant, the entrant/Participant agrees to fully indemnify (including all legal costs) Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. for those losses, damages, and costs.
17. Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. coupon codes and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning the quality/ availability of Offer. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors, cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged coupon codes and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or Cashback Amount without any notice.
18. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. is acting as an executing agency for this Offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, coupon codes, etc. beyond the Offer Period.
19. Creambell does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered as coupon codes under the Offer. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. of such a product or service.
20. These General Terms & Conditions and any other terms and conditions associated with the Offer can be changed, with or without notice, during the Offer Period by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or by Creambell.
21. The Offer, these General Terms & Conditions and any other terms and conditions associated with the Offer are subject to law(s) of India and any dispute in relation thereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore, India.
22. Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. (at the behest of Creambell) reserves the right to cancel / amend / extend the Offer and/or Offer Period without giving any notice/intimation. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
23. Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage or non-receipt of the Cashback Amount due to act of god, governmental action, force majeure circumstances and / or any other reasons which are beyond the control of Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., and under no circumstances, Creambell and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. shall be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for such losses.
24. By participating in the Offer/Promo Campaign, the Consumer explicitly accepts these Terms & Conditions. Participation in the Promo Campaign is deemed as an unequivocal and absolute acceptance of all Terms.

26. Last date to Register: 31st July 2025. Offer valid till: 31st July 2025
27. The Offer is being provided by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. 4th Floor, Mitra Towers No. 10/4 Kasturba Road, Bengaluru 560001, India.

By participating in this Promo Campaign, the Consumer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all decisions made by the Promoter, which shall be final and binding.
